Display of Moses Ezekiel's Sculpture at Arlington National Cemetery 

The U.S. Army has entered an agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia under which Virginia loans one of Moses Ezekiel's historic sculptures for display at Ezekiel's burial site in Arlington National Cemetery. The Army expects to display the sculpture in 2027 after it has undergone complete refurbishment.

Hours of Operation for Funeral Services and Visitation

Funeral services are held Monday through Friday, except federal holidays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Family members and others attending the service should arrive at the cemetery 45 minutes prior to the scheduled service time. Families will not be allowed entry into the cemetery earlier than one hour prior to the scheduled service. Click here for information on the order of events at a funeral. 

Everyone attending funeral services at Arlington National Cemetery must provide their own transportation from the Administration Building or chapel to the final resting place (the gravesite or niche location).
