The DAIG report examined actions taken by cemetery officials to address deficiencies at Arlington National Cemetery and lauded the cemetery for widespread progress.

Arlington National Cemetery opens one hour later October 30

Arlington National Cemetery will open one hour later Sunday, October 30 because of the route for the annual United States Marine Corps Marathon. The cemetery will open at 9:00 a.m. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is also adjusting the METRO train schedule and the Arlington Cemetery stop will open at 8:30 a.m. on October 30.
