Army National Cemeteries Program Campaign Plan 2012

The campaign plan is the detailed roadmap that will help the Army National Cemeteries Program (ANCP) achieve its vision and priorities in the short and long term(2012-2025 and beyond).It includes objectives and goals for all directorates at ANC and the Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery, with measurable standards (metrics) and quarterly milestones that will ensure the ANCP remains on track to achieve its vision.

Special Guided Van Tour of Arlington National Cemetery focusing on African-American Civil War History, Feb. 22 & 29

The National Park Service is conducting a special guided van tour of Arlington National Cemetery focusing on African-American Civil War history on Feb. 22 and Feb. 29th, from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The tour is free-of-charge, but reservations are required. ARLINGTON, Va. – The Executive Director of the Army National Cemeteries Program testified today before the House Armed Services Joint Military Personnel and the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittees, along with the Department of the Army Inspector General, and the Government Accountability Office Director of Defense Capabilities and Management and Director of Acquisition and Sourcing Management regarding the progress that has been made at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as findings from requirements of Public Law 111-339.

Arlington Cemetery Metro station closed Feb. 3-5 The Arlington Cemetery and Rosslyn Metro stations will be closed this weekend, Feb. 3-5 for track work. Free shuttle bus service will be provided between Court House, Rosslyn and Foggy Bottom, and between Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, Rosslyn and Foggy Bottom.
