Display of Moses Ezekiel's Sculpture at Arlington National Cemetery 

The U.S. Army has entered an agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia under which Virginia loans one of Moses Ezekiel's historic sculptures for display at Ezekiel's burial site in Arlington National Cemetery. The Army expects to display the sculpture in 2027 after it has undergone complete refurbishment.

Metro Service Changes Impacting ANC, Jan. 12 through 15

During the Martin Luther King Jr. Day long weekend, Metro will close a portion of the Blue, Orange and Silver lines for track work and maintenance. There will be NO rail service between Foggy Bottom-GWU and Arlington Cemetery stations. The Rosslyn station will also be closed. Buses will replace trains between Foggy Bottom-GWU and Arlington Cemetery. Metrorail service to the Arlington Cemetery station in the other direction (from Franconia-Springfield) will not be affected. 

If you would like to use Metro to travel to Arlington National Cemetery this weekend, please plan accordingly and allow at least 30 minutes of additional travel time for shuttle buses.
