Commander of the Royal Canadian Navy lays a wreath at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

On April 20, 2015, Vice Adm. Mark Norman, commander of the Royal Canadian Navy, lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Dignitaries from all over the world pay respects to those buried at Arlington National Cemetery in more than 3000 ceremonies each year.
