An Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared to assess the potential impacts of the expansion of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), known as the Millennium Project. The Millennium Site will be developed to increase burial space at ANC. Building and site element construction shall be suitable for the environment and complementary to the architectural theme and historical considerations of ANC.

The EA is available for review at: http://www.nao.usace.army.mil/Portals/31/docs/Arlington/FullANCMILLEADEC7.pdf . This EA will be available for review and comment for 45 days from the date of posting (Dec. 7, 2012 – Jan. 21, 2013).
